The HDI Advance 3D scanner offers the flexibility of scanning objects of different shapes and sizes.

Simply move the camera positions to change the scanner’s field of view (FOV). The 3D scanner comes with three preset camera slots to quickly modify the field of view from 165mm up to 600mm, depending on the scanner model.

Non-Contact Measurement

Contact measurement devices (calipers and touch probes) are good for taking simple measurements. For tougher applications like taking measurements of complex organic shapes they can pose a challenge.

The HDI Advance uses structured-light 3D scanning technology. The scanner has no physical contact with target while scanning to ensure there is no measurement interference.

Easy to Upgrade

Buying various 3D scanners to suit different needs can be an expensive investment. The HDI Advance 3D scanner offers the flexibility to adapt to your scanning needs over time.

HDI Advance 3D scanner comes with FlexScan3D software, a powerful 3D scanning engine. It is truly the brains behind its fast scan data capture and advanced post-processing capabilities (cleanup, aligning and merging 3D scans, and measurement analysis).

Interactive and Automatic Hole Filling

Select specific holes/regions for hole filling, or set parameters so FlexScan3D can do the job for you.

Automatic Mesh Geometry Alignment

Two scans align automatically even if they are not in close proximity or in different orientations.

Automatic Cut Plane

Define background plane and FlexScan3D eliminates it during scanning, leaving you with only the scanned object.

Basic Deviation Analysis

Mesh to mesh comparison to determine accuracy level and for benchmarking.

Export scan data to standard file format for downstream applications:
